Hi! That is exciting on the Expanda purchase, they are excellent so I've heard and wished! We are going to NZ for 2 weeks later in the year in a motor home with 3 other families. You could easily make that zippered pouch, there are stacks of tutorials to make them with good explanations. Give it a go! thanks for the message!
Hi, I just used ordinary velcro, it is fine in the microwave. I have microwaved our bags every night for the last month plus last years winter months! they are so good to warm your feet!
